I have created the Wiki Coordination Central Page to achieve a better communication concerning all wiki matters. Think of the Coordination Central Page Discussion Tab as a sort of forums for the wiki, dont be afraid to post your thoughts/proposals right here in this page!
This wiki has all the tools we need to achieve the mighty enterprise of uniting all Total War knowledge on a single and accesible resource. Bug/Issue Reports
Fairly free reporting of bugs, layout/design issues, technical issues, etc. regarding the TW Wiki.
Font-size
The font-size of the different tag definitions inside the main content column is fairly inconsistent at the moment. E.g. text inside tables is larger than the paragraph text <p>.
I'd suggest that all content comparable to paragraph text <p> should have a uniform font-size similar to the main navigation column on the left (guessing: 0.75em). (...And I'm presuming that there is no imminent need to optimise the Wiki for phone-sized screens.)
The Wiki stylesheet is pretty huge and without an editor (and time) I just got lost in it. ...A picture (link) shall be worth a thousand tags. Problem areas in this picture are lists <li>, description lists <dd> and tables <td>. To be supremely annoying, I've pointed them out in the picture.

Categories
Suggestion 1:
When adding a page to a category with a category tag, an automatic link is added to the bottom of that page. The placing of this link is a bit problematic. After a paragraph text it's positioned fairly nicely but e.g. after a list it's positioned right under the list without any breathing space.
We could have the category-links appear similarly to the top navigation links ("Page", "Discussion", "View", "Edit", "History").
Suggestion 2:
A category page now lists the pages within that category in three columns. Due to the narrow nature of the TW Wiki, I'd suggest that it should list them in two columns. Example of a category page: [1]

This problem is present in the Forums also when you link to a post. It occurs with all major browsers.
When a target link (#) is set and linked to, it opens under the top navigation panel. This usually means that the target header and the first line of text is not visible.
As it is now and as it should be. (I have a feeling that an ace CSS-Wizard might be able to solve this problem.)

Missing images
The Wiki is eating images. There doesn't seem to be a pattern of why this occurs.
This is something that is (hopefully) already being looked into. Here is some data that may be of use.

Missing Thumbnails
This is probably related to missing images. During uploading images, some of them are unable to create a thumbnail. I have not been able to detect any pattern in this either.

Naming of the pages, etc.
There should be a uniform consensus how the game names are formed and entered to the Wiki (i.e. the "official names"). This has significance especially when searching the wiki and how the pages are listed in Google (Bing, Yahoo!, etc.) search results.
Here are the conventional ways to write the names (with an abbreviation after the comma):
Shogun: Total War, STW
Medieval: Total War, MTW
Rome: Total War, RTW
Medieval II: Total War, M2TW
Empire: Total War, ETW
Napoleon: Total War, NTW
After the order changed in the names to begin with the the "Total War" part, there has been less consensus with how the names should be written. E.g. the official naming has introduced the adventitious use of upper case letters in the designating part of the name. For the wiki use, I'd suggest following forms:
Total War: Shogun 2, TWS2
Total War: Rome II, TWR2

Title definitions
The Wiki favors unique page titles, so, as we start getting similar titles, the use of definitions after the title name, is recommended. This also helps with the Wiki search and Google search results. The definition should be in brackets and contain the abbreviation of the game in question and a clarifying component.
Here are some examples of definitions already in use:
Unit pages: (STW unit), (ETW unit), (NTW unit), etc.
Faction pages: (M2TW faction), (ETW faction), (NTW faction), etc.
Building pages: (STW building), (ETW building), etc.
Community guides: (ETW community guide), (NTW community guide), etc.
Pages with similar content should include the definition of the game abbreviation: Wallpapers (MTW), Wallpapers (RTW), Wallpapers (ETW), etc.
