This is a list of valid unit special abilities. Individual units can be granted these abilities in the battle XML. Note that any individual unit will not be capable of supporting every special ability, usually based on common-sense rules. For example a melee cavalry unit is not going to support the 'rally_naval' ability, for obvious reasons.
