Made up of senior dog soldiers, the Apachean Brave specialises in throwing spears into combat before engaging in melee with a hatchet. A wise Chieftain will often hold his Braves behind the main line of combat, allowing them to expend their supply of spears, before ordering them into melee combat. Braves, as befits their status, wear wooden armour.
